  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.

  • Video Proof: A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or exchange claims.

  • Size Issues: Didn't fit right? We'll help you swap it for the perfect size.

  • Damaged Items: Received a defective piece? We’ll replace it immediately at no extra cost.

  • Alternatives: If your item is out of stock, you can pick any other product of the same value.

📦 SHIPPING & CHARGES

  • Reverse Pickup: Currently, customers may need to self-ship the product back to us.

  • Nominal Fee: A small re-shipping fee may apply as we work on minimal margins to bring you the best value.
